Who handles your information

IUX International Limited, trading as Talerhouse, HE432183, Cavo Greko 297, 5296 Paralimni, Cyprus, is responsible for customer account administration, billing and service communication. Contact support@talerhouse.com or +357 97536153 about your data. For messages sent to a customer's Instagram account, that customer is the controller and we process data on their instructions.

Information and purposes

We use your name, business and billing details, contact information, chosen plan, account handle, approved content and authorisation information to set up and provide the service and administer your contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We use transaction and invoice records to meet applicable accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We process limited security and delivery records to protect accounts, prevent duplicate messages and investigate failures (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable service). We do not use the setup email address for unrelated marketing on the basis of this agreement.

Instagram supplies your authorised profile, scoped identifiers and the messaging events needed for your rules. Passwords are entered only on Instagram. Access tokens are encrypted in our service store. Stripe receives payment and tax information and supplies payment status and invoice references; we do not store full payment-card details. Required fields are necessary for setup or billing. Optional fields can be left empty.

Recipients and storage

Our hosting, portal, communication and administration providers are Hetzner, Cloudflare, Google Workspace and Notion. Meta/Instagram and Stripe also process data for their own platform and payment functions. We limit what is shared to the service purpose. Approved card images become publicly accessible through unlisted URLs to allow delivery; do not upload confidential images. Provider processing outside the EEA is subject to the applicable transfer mechanism, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses; information about the relevant safeguards is available from us.

We keep setup and service data while needed to operate your account, resolve outstanding requests and close the contract. Billing and acceptance records are retained as required by applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations; data needed for a specific legal claim is restricted to that purpose. Raw incoming events and completed reply payloads are removed from the active service store after 30 days; unresolved delivery incidents are kept until resolved. Aggregated counts and minimal receipt records can remain for billing and duplicate prevention. Retention also depends on the connected platform's own policies. You can request deletion or an export through the contact above.

Cookies and decisions

This portal uses essential secure cookies to maintain your personal setup session, prevent forged requests and complete authorisation. It does not use advertising cookies. Your personal setup link grants account access: keep it private. Reply rules choose messages from your approved content; they are not used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about people.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us with enough information to identify your account; we may verify the requester's authority. If your request concerns messages handled for a Talerhouse customer, we assist that customer in responding. You may complain to your competent supervisory authority, including the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. We will notify customers of material changes to this notice.
